individualized therapy
We provide in-home speech and language therapy services for individuals from preschool to adult. Using decades of clinical experience and evidenced based practices, we are able to tailor each session to meet individual needs and identified goals. Our speech language pathologists are highly experienced in the following areas: Articulation/Phonological Disorders, Apraxia, Dysarthria, Receptive/Expressive Language Disorders, Cognitive/Learning Impairments, Voice Disorders, Stuttering, Pragmatic Language/Social Language Disorders, Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC).
Our therapists have extensive experience working with individuals with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Cerebral Palsy.
What does in-home therapy mean?
It means, our speech language pathologists travel to YOU! No traveling and waiting for your appointments! In-home speech and language therapy provides many benefits. Close contact with parents and caregivers help them to better understand the therapy process and follow through with skills. Each session ends with a review and summary discussion with parents/guardians that includes suggestions with follow through during the week.
scheduling
We also offer flexibility in scheduling. Our therapists manage their own schedules which allows us to be flexible to meet the scheduling needs of our clients. We offer day, evening and weekend appointments at a time that is convenient for everyone!
coordination of services
Additionally, our therapists coordinate services with other therapy providers. We work to communicate regularly with school or other clinic based services to ensure the best possible, well-rounded therapy for our clients.
Payment and insurance
Fox Valley Speech and Language Pathology maintains a flexible payment schedule individualized for each client. We are not in insurance networks and cannot bill your insurance directly. Instead, we accept payment directly from our clients and provide paid invoices and all the necessary documentation for those clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance. For insurance reimbursement, Fox Valley Speech and Language Pathology is an an out of network provider. We accept credit card, and QuickPay payments.
